Immediately below is a sample of a Sales Capability Assessment at Level 4 in the CISP Sales Capability Framework. The framework currently features 5 levels (2-6), and will shortly feature 6 with the addition of Level 7 scheduled for later this year. Different SCA's assess sales capability at each of the levels.
Across the entire framework, the SCA's assess sales people's knowledge and capability in 72 discrete performance elements divided between Core, Business, Leadership and Self. The Level 4 SCA features 30 performance elements.
